Dr. Stephen Grussmark has treated over 15,000 patients for over 30 years in the Miami community. He is a true pioneer in the use of Invisalign, which he has studied and worked with since its inception in 1999. Dr. Grussmark, a Miami-area native, attended the University of Florida and Dental School at the University of Maryland. He completed his orthodontic residency at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, where he received his Master of Science in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Grussmark is past president of the South Florida Academy of Orthodontists, as well as the Florida Cleft Palate Association. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a host of other professional groups. Dr. Grussmark has taught at the University of Florida as Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthodontics for 9 years. Dr. Grussmark served the United States as Captain in the United States Air Force based in the Philippine Islands. Dr. Grussmark launched “Centre for Invisible Braces,” the first “Centre” of its kind in the world. Dr. Grussmark is a premier orthodontist and one of the top Invisalign providers in the world.
Additionally, he is the first recipient of the Harry E. Kelsey Memorial Ring and currently holds 6 United States patents in the categories of orthodontics and oral health.
His personal interests include running, skiing, scuba diving, and spending time with his family. He has been married for over 20 years to Lori Grussmark. Lori attended the University of Florida undergraduate and the University of Miami Law School. They also have 3 wonderful children; Harrison, Devon, and Camryn.
