Forms of Payment
We believe that every patient deserves a beautiful smile and we will make every effort to make treatment affordable. We offer flexible, no-down payment, interest-free and extended 3rd party financing. We also offer consideration for multiple family members undergoing treatment.
Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Arrangements can be made for automatic payment from your credit card or bank account.
There are different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers. Insured individuals often have a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontics services. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontist fee (diagnostic records, initial fee. monthly payments, etc.) until the benefit maximum has been reached. The office will guide you through the insurance process. We will assist you in filling the necessary paperwork for your insurance carrier. We are also happy to file your claim and provide the necessary and appropriate communication to approve your deserved benefits.
Know what your benefits are before treatment starts. If you are not sure we will contact your insurance company so that you know exactly how much. For your convenience, our office accepts CareCredit and Springstone Patient financing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, your dental insurance provider may not cover the full cost of your Invisalign treatment. However, you’ll likely receive coverage for a portion of the treatment cost. We recommend contacting your dental insurance provider beforehand to learn what your plan will cover.

CareCredit and Springstone Patient financing offer some low-interest and no-interest financing plans. Both offer plans to fit your budget, and may offer financial aid regardless of your insurance status. Applying for financial assistance online is fast and easy.
Dental insurance isn’t a requirement to receive treatment at our practice. It’s merely a convenience that can help cover or reduce the overall cost of your procedure.
Uninsured patients have access to the same treatment options as insured patients, though they may need to pay more out of pocket. You can call our Miami office at (305) 441-1200 to ask our staff about our affordable payment plans.
CareCredit can help cover the costs insurance won’t, leaving you with fewer out-of-pocket fees. If approved for aid, this service can be used as a credit card to pay for your treatment. Depending on the loan you qualify for, you may be able to pay off your loan in six to 24 months. You can apply for aid or learn more by visiting CareCredit’s website or contacting them at (800) 677-0718.
