Questions Often Asked of Miami Beach, FL Invisalign Experts

Q: Will Invisalign or other orthodontic treatment be painful?
A: No. Acclimation sometimes is necessary but this should last just a day or two.

Q: Are there some foods that I have to avoid while in treatment?
A: No. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign allows you to eat and drink anything you want because the aligners are removed when doing so.

Q: Can I chew gum while wearing my Invisalign aligners?
A: No. Gum will stick to your aligners. Remove the aligners before eating meals and snacks.

Q: Will my speech be affected by Invisalign aligners?
A: You may experience an adjustment period for the first day or two, but the aligners will not permanently affect your speech.

Q: What happens if I lose or break an aligner?
A: Immediately contact our office and we will get it replaced.
